A conversation with actress Claudelle Deckert and celebrity manager Peter Olsson
Thank you very much for taking the time to talk about your life and your valuable insights. Your life is strongly characterized by the topics of energy, health and personal growth. What motivated you to follow this path?
Peter Olsson: Everything revolves around energy. If you understand how to bring energy into your body, that's the first step. It's about how you maintain, increase and ultimately manage that energy effectively. Claudelle is an absolute expert on topics such as alkaline nutrition. Our cells have an intelligence of their own and before we look at nutrition, we need to understand that the cell is the fundamental basis of our health. By supplying the cells with the right energy, we promote the well-being of our entire organism. In addition, there are many other elements that contribute to a healthy lifestyle: biohacking, sleep, breathing exercises, ice baths and red light therapy - there are numerous ways to boost your energy without spending hours in the gym. It's about living a fulfilled and happy life, not about power or wealth.
Mrs. Deckert, you live with your husband in Mallorca. How does this lifestyle influence your approach to health?
Claudelle Deckert: Mallorca is a real source of energy for me. The sun, the light, nature - it all gives me strength. I find it hard to understand why we are so often made to fear the sun, even though it is one of the most important sources of life energy. We couldn't exist without water and sun. I get up every morning and am simply grateful to be here. In the past in Germany, especially in winter, I often felt unwell, was unhappy and often had headaches. Since I've been living here, I feel absolutely full. Another important point is vitamin D. Many people get far too little of it, especially in northern regions. I take at least 5,000 to 10,000 units of vitamin D every day to maintain my energy and health. I can only warmly recommend this to everyone.
You both have a very strong connection to nature. Mr. Olsson, you have also talked about biohacking and longevity methods. How does this fit in with your lifestyle?
Peter Olsson: Today it's more about using energy intelligently. It's no longer just sport, but a combination of sleep, breathing techniques, cold therapy and other methods. It is important that you understand that happiness does not depend on external success, but on inner contentment. Many people chase after wealth and power in the hope that they will then be happy - but happiness comes from within.
Mr. Olsson, you mentioned earlier how important it is to manage energy properly in your life. Can you tell us a bit more about your everyday life and how you personally ensure that you stay in balance?
Peter Olsson: For us, it's not just about increasing energy, but also about conserving it and using it sensibly. And Claudelle plays a huge role in this. She is simply incredible. We were in Munich the other day because I needed new glasses, and I suggested that she have an eye test, because she'll soon be 51. Most people need reading glasses after 45, but Claudelle? She sits down, takes the test - and doesn't need glasses! Her hair, her skin, her nails - everything is perfect. She has no cellulite, no Botox, and she's a grandma! But what I really love about her is that she wakes up in a good mood every morning. She starts every day with a smile. Of course, the fact that she's beautiful is a matter of taste, but her inner radiance, her positive energy - that's what really counts for me. She not only brings this energy into our lives, but she also inspires many people who she reaches via social media.
That sounds wonderful. It seems like you two have a really deep connection that goes far beyond the external. A personal question for both of you: Who has inspired you the most on your journey? Were there any particular moments or people that made you want to change your lifestyle?
Peter Olsson: Oh, absolutely. There have been several people in my life who have inspired me greatly. One of the most important people was Franz Beckenbauer. He not only accompanied me as a friend and mentor, but was also the one who opened many doors for me. When Muhammad Ali was looking for a manager in Europe, Franz Beckenbauer called him and said: "Peter will do it." And so began my 14-year collaboration with Muhammad Ali. Franz was always someone who was not only successful in sport, but was also a great person. It was an incredible time and I learned so much from him and Ali - above all, how important it is to stay down to earth and treat people with respect.
Claudelle Deckert: For me, it was more of a personal change. I grew up naturally, but there was a phase in my life where I didn't pay much attention to my health - parties, alcohol, the whole nine yards. Then, in my mid-30s, I started to feel worse and worse. A woman told me about a book that changed my life: "Stop! Reversing the ageing process'. This book opened my eyes. It showed me what was happening to my body and how I could bring it back into balance through nutrition and self-care. Since then, I have been living more consciously and have completely changed my lifestyle.
What is the most important thing you have learned along the way?
Peter Olsson: There are three rockets I'm betting on today: The first rocket is creativity. It's not just about creating something artistic, but about finding solutions and solving problems. The second rocket is the personality brand. Everyone has a talent and it is important to promote this talent. And the third and most important rocket is the network. You can be the best man in the world, but if no one knows you and you have no network, you are lost. These three rockets are crucial to being successful in today's world.
You have a very strong partnership. What do you like most about each other?
Claudelle Deckert: For me, Peter is the most positive, loving person I know. When he's not there, I immediately notice that I lack his energy.
Peter Olsson: I would say what I love most about Claudelle is her pure soul. There's nothing sneaky, nothing evil. She's like a ray of sunshine - from morning to night.
One last question, Mr. Olsson. How do you personally define success? What does success mean to you?
Peter Olsson: For me, success means discovering your own talent and living it to the full. It's about doing what you really love and doing it with all your heart. If you authentically embody what you love, then that is true success for me - quite simply.
