In an interview with the Natura Vitalis editorial team, Thorsten Kersting talks about his rapid rise, his views on network marketing and his tips for successful business development.
You have been with Natura Vitalis for a few months now and have achieved impressive successes. As a successful President's Team Leader and inspirational leader, what made you decide to join Natura Vitalis?
Thorsten Kersting: First of all, thank you very much for the kind words! My decision to choose Natura Vitalis was based on several factors. One of the most important was the clear focus on sustainability and the high quality of the products. In this day and age, you can't build a successful business if the foundation - i.e. the products - isn't right. Natura Vitalis offers just that: a sustainable portfolio that helps people feel better while being based on ethical values. This combination of innovation and integrity was the deciding factor for me.
You are known for your concept "With love to success". Can you explain to us what exactly is behind it?
Thorsten Kersting: For me, love in business development is much more than just a word. It means approaching my team and my team partners with passion, respect, trust and care. Love also means putting your own ego aside and putting the needs of others first. Success in network marketing is based on the ability to work together and trust each other. My motto is: If you want to go fast - go alone. If you want to go far - go as a team. This philosophy has been with me for many years and is also reflected here at Natura Vitalis.
You qualified for the President's Team career level in just 7 months. How did you manage that?
Thorsten Kersting: That was definitely a team success. I relied on the strength of the team right from the start. My approach was to bring people together regionally and pool their energy. An important component was also the regular offer of personal coaching sessions, regular online business presentations and cross-team online training. This form of continuous support enabled us to grow together and achieve our goals.
What advice would you give to new team partners who want to start at Natura Vitalis and be successful?
Thorsten Kersting: My first piece of advice would be to be patient and set clear goals. Success in network marketing doesn't come overnight, it takes perseverance and the willingness to continuously work on yourself. The second piece of advice is to rely on the strength of the team. You are never alone in this business. Build your team, support your partners and help them to achieve their own goals. Ultimately, success in network marketing is based on growing together.
You originally have a background in personnel development in the banking sector. How has this professional background helped you in network marketing?
Thorsten Kersting: My experience in personnel development has given me a deep understanding of people. I learned how to recognize and promote talent, which is a key skill in network marketing. It's about recognizing the strengths of
to recognize team partners and support them in their personal development. During my time in the banking sector, I learned how important it is to build trust and maintain long-term relationships - something that is also essential in network marketing.

Thorsten Kersting: I want to continue to expand my team and move into new markets. We already see great potential in international regions and I look forward to taking advantage of these opportunities. But the most important thing for me is to continue to support my team partners and help them achieve their own goals.
